These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Points Per Rival ("PPR", "we", "us"), a fantasy football analytics platform available at pointsperrival.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PPR.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PPR. Some accounts are provisioned by a league commissioner; when you claim a team via an invite you become responsible for that account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at admin@pointsperrival.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data from PPR except through features we provide for that purpose.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content, or interfere with other users' use of the service.
• Use automated systems to place abusive load on the service.

3. League Content & Data

Commissioners and members enter league data into PPR — team names, weekly scores, rosters, and history. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content you submit, and you grant PPR the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content within the service. You retain ownership of your own original content.

4. Third-Party Data & Affiliation

PPR layers on top of existing fantasy platforms and may import or reference data from third-party sources (for example, the Sleeper API for league and player data). PPR is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, or any other league or platform. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Intellectual Property

The PPR name, logo, design system, and software are owned by Points Per Rival and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimers

PPR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported or computed statistics are accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Points Per Rival and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $50.

8. Modifications & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of PPR resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
